We read and answer every message ourselves. Whether you have found a bug in one of our 230 tools, want a tool that does not exist yet, need to reach us about a legal or privacy matter, or want to talk about advertising and partnerships — this is the place. AMTake Tools is a small independent operation, not a support desk, so replies come from a person rather than a ticketing system. Expect an answer within one to two business days.

What to contact us about
Both addresses reach us, but using the right one gets your message to the right place faster.
- A tool is broken or giving wrong results — support@amtake.com. This is the mail we prioritise. A broken calculation or a failed conversion is a defect and we want to know about it.
- A tool you wish existed — support@amtake.com. A good number of the tools on this site started as a single email from someone who could not find what they needed elsewhere.
- Something factually wrong in our content — support@amtake.com, with the page URL. Tax rates, health formulas and financial rules change, and we would rather hear it from you than leave it wrong.
- Advertising, sponsorship or partnerships — info@amtake.com.
- Press, interviews or citing our tools — info@amtake.com. You are welcome to link to or reference any tool without asking.
- Copyright, DMCA, privacy or data requests — support@amtake.com, with “Legal” in the subject line. See our DMCA policy and Privacy Policy for what to include.
When you will hear back
We are based in India and read mail Monday to Friday, roughly 10:00 to 19:00 IST. We do not have a phone line — a two-person operation cannot staff one honestly, and we would rather answer properly in writing than badly on a call.
- Bug reports and broken tools — usually the same or next business day.
- Feature requests, general questions — one to two business days.
- Business, advertising and press — two to three business days.
- Legal, DMCA and privacy requests — acknowledged within two business days, resolved as quickly as the matter allows.
Before you write about a tool problem
Four details turn a bug report we cannot reproduce into one we can fix the same day:
- The tool — the page URL, or its exact name.
- What you did — the values you entered, or the kind of file you uploaded and roughly how large it was.
- What happened instead — the wrong number, the error message, or simply what failed to happen.
- Your browser and device — for example “Chrome on Windows” or “Safari on an iPhone”. Most tools run inside your browser, so this matters more than you would expect.
You do not need to send us your file. Please do not — see below.
Things we cannot help with
Being straight about the limits saves everyone time.
- We cannot recover a file you processed. Most of our tools never upload anything — the work happens inside your browser and nothing reaches us. The few that do use a server delete the file automatically after processing. There is no copy for us to find.
- Please do not email us documents. We do not want your invoices, statements, ID scans or PDFs, and we will not open them. Describe the problem instead.
- We cannot give tax, medical, legal or financial advice. Our calculators show you the arithmetic and cite their sources; deciding what to do with the answer needs a qualified professional who knows your situation.
- We cannot process files on your behalf or run bulk jobs to order. Every tool is self-service and free.
- We cannot recover an account, because there are no accounts. Nothing on AMTake Tools requires a sign-up.
