AMTake Tools respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how to report claimed copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Overview
Our tools process files that users provide directly, and we do not host user-submitted content publicly. Nevertheless, if you believe that content available on or through amtake.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice as described below, and we will respond appropriately.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a notice of claimed infringement, please provide a written communication to us (via our Contact page or email) that includes substantially the following:
- An identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- An identification of the material that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, the specific URL);
- Your full name, address, telephone number and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing: your contact information; identification of the material and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts; and your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we may limit access to the Service for users who are found to repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
Response and Good Faith
We review all valid notices promptly and will remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material where appropriate. Please note that under applicable law, you may be liable for damages if you knowingly make a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notification.
